Saint Vincent, deacon of Saragossa, was tortured at Valence in year 304. He silently supported the most appalling torments, with his limbs broken.
The legend report that, during his martyr, his body was pressed like grape until his blood poured, symbol of the wine.
Patron Saint of tile-makers, brick-makers and roofers, he's also the one of sailors.
But he's mostly known  as Patron Saint of wine-growers, wine-sellers and café-owners.
